Hey, I'm Ilja Jakob – a 21-year-old computer science student based in Germany.
Alongside my studies, I work as a Security Analyst & Engineer, helping to secure software and CI/CD pipelines. My day-to-day focus leans toward security engineering and offensive security (red teaming / pentesting). While I enjoy diving deep into technical vulnerabilities, I'm driven by broad curiosity and always eager to explore emerging fields across tech.
Before CS, I spent several semesters studying philosophy and history simply out of passion. That background shaped how I approach complex problem-solving and critical thinking. You might still catch me reading literature or philosophy in the ...else section.
